This long-term roadmap outlines the key milestones and activities for Alabama Dynasty NFT Collection. The goal is creating a memorable experience for fans and collectors.

Season Opener (Months 1-3): Project initiation and artist collaboration
- Define the project scope, objectives, and key stakeholders
- Develop first release candidate to validate market
- Develop community assets for Twitter, Website and Discord
- Begin with a lineup of legendary football coaches from Alabama.
- Develop initial White Glove Service in support of early adopters
- Initial NFT to market for limited release
- Review results

A Day (Months 4-6): Second Release Cantidate Artwork conceptualization and creation
- Develop a schedule for releasing individual coach collections within the broader Coaches Series
- Begin conceptualizing the artwork and themes inspired by the chosen coaches’ careers
- Begin to select the Players Series and start the art conceptualization stage
- Create the digital artwork or digitize the physical artwork as needed

Regular Season (Months 7-12): Marketing, promotional campaigns, and community engagement
- Develop marketing materials, such as teasers, promotional content, and social media posts for each coach collection
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and collaborators in the sports and art communities
- Launch promotional campaigns across various channels, targeting the artist’s fan base and the broader NFT community
- Host live Q&A sessions, virtual events, or social media activities to engage with fans and potential collectors

Playoffs (Year 2, ongoing): Launching individual player collections and expanding the series
- Release the first player collection and follow with subsequent collections according to the schedule
- Offer pre-sale or early access opportunities for mailing list subscribers or reserved number holders
- Conduct auctions for special edition NFTs and monitor sales performance and customer feedback
- Provide ongoing support and education through the white glove service

Championship (Year 2-3, ongoing): Post-launch activities, analysis, and future planning
